- Processes reservations by mail, telephone or central reservation systems referral for travel agencies
- Knows the selling rates, additional charges, deposits and payment terms.
- Responds to inquiries and makes reservations as needed.
- Making reservations for customers based on their various requirements and budgetary allowances.
- Checking the availability of accommodation or transportation on the customers’ desired travel dates.
- Selling and promoting reservation services.
- Answering any questions customers might have about the reservation process
- handle Allotments charts
Tourism and hotel background is preferred.Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
