Responsibilities & Duties:

This is a full-time on-site role at “Le Voile” head office located at New Nozha, with direct reporting to Company CEO.

Le Voile Technology Manager will be generally responsible for managing and coordinating the organization's information systems operations. He will oversee system deployments, manage IT infrastructure, ensure data security and integrity, and provide technical support to end-users. His strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and ability to drive operational efficiency will contribute to the effective management of Le Voile information systems.

Le Voile Technology Manager shall be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company. He will provide technical leadership and training for the rest of the company. He works with all other managers in the company to grow the company using technological resources. He will direct all employees in the technology department to attain the company’s strategic goals established in the company’s strategic plan.

His duties shall include:

• Manage the overall technology department in the company and its sister platforms. 
• Establish the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development.
• Directs the company’s technology strategic direction, development, and future growth.
• Defining business and systems requirements for new technology implementations.
• IT architecture and technology delivery.
• Working with information technology applications and infrastructure.
• Managing on-site support activities across Le Voile premises.
• Monitoring on-site support tickets and KPIs.
• Providing system-level support for operating systems, hardware, and software tools, including installation and maintenance.
• Acts as a good steward of the company resource and ensure control of Technical departmental budget.
• Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions
• Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments
• Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
• Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture 
• Staying updated with the latest technologies.
• Conducts research and case studies on leading-edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation.
• Ensuring effective communication and coordination.
• Provide leadership to department members in a fashion that supports the company’s culture, mission, and values.
• Works in a consultative fashion with other department heads, such as marketing, production, and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage technology team to achieve goals & objectives, and to perform technical tasks and projects within schedule and budget. 
• Introduce innovative technical solutions to enhance & improve business operations, customer experience & engagement.
