At Pipeline Gurus, we're seeking a skilled Financial Accountant to join our team. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
You will be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Your attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work effectively in a team will be essential in driving our financial success and growth.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and journals Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Analyze financial data and report on financial performance, trends, and forecasts Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations Conduct regular audits to identify potential errors or discrepancies Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and financial analysis Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis needs Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and industry best practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Proven experience as a Financial Accountant or in a similar role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Good communication and interpersonal skills Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred Experience in financial analysis and reporting is a plus
