Esteemed guests are welcome to relax and unwind in a quiet and elegant setting in the resort and enjoy a genuine experience of leisure, pleasure, and successful meetings.Join our motivated and vibrant Team and build your career with us.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and Egyptian law regulations as well as brand standards.Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas, to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.Collaborate with department heads to address safety concerns and implement corrective actions as needed.Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and training sessions, and prepare reports for management as required.Provide safety training to employees, including new hires and ongoing refresher courses, covering topics such as emergency procedures, fire safety, and proper use of equipment.Coordinate with external agencies, such as fire departments and health inspectors, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and respond to inquiries or inspections.Investigate accidents, injuries, and property damage incidents, and develop recommendations to prevent their recurrence.Manage the hotel's emergency response plan, including conducting drills and ensuring staff readiness to respond to emergencies effectively.Monitor security systems, such as CCTV cameras and access control systems, to detect and deter suspicious activity.Stay informed about developments in safety and security practices and regulations, and recommend updates to policies and procedures as needed.QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience in health and safety management in a 5 star hotel.Prior experience in pre-opening is a plus.Strong knowledge of H&S, security systems, emergency response procedures, and crisis management.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under pressure.Familiarity with Egyptian laws and regulations related to hotel H&S.Certification in H&S management is a plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills.Native Arabic speaker and fluency in verbal and written English is essential.Additional InformationThis is a pre-opening role
