  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for all levels of positions within the organization, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, employee handbooks, and other HR-related documents, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigating complaints, mediating disputes, and facilitating resolution to maintain a positive work environment and promote employee morale and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documentation, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of HR training programs, including orientation sessions, compliance training, and professional development initiatives, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Support HR compliance efforts, including monitoring changes in employment laws and regulations, updating policies and procedures accordingly, and ensuring adherence to legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and legal, to support HR initiatives and provide HR expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Assist in HR reporting and analytics, including preparing HR metrics and reports, analyzing trends, and identifying areas for improvement or intervention.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HR management, and make recommendations for process improvements or enhancements to support the organization's HR strategy and objectives.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industries.Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.Experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes, with the ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data to support HR decision-making.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and customer-focused approach to HR service delivery.Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a desire to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in HR management.
