Job DescriptionLeading the commercial business and service portfolio in PF sector for Egypt F&B customers with 700K$Standardizing the services provided to align customer operational standard.Budget build up including sales funnel, X-R selling and new customers acquisition with 100K$ to maximize the company revenue & sales opportunity along with sharing the team vision and forecasting accordinglyAssure of delivering the required training activities according to the annual plan / needsEnsure that our reports / Demos / surveys / tools / activities are being delivered to the right person through the right wayConducted business review report with high level management to recap our service portfolio to ensure growing & developing our business partnership/adding value quarterly basis.Increase the gap with competitors by cost saving programs, tailor-made solutions, quality programs and equipment to be invested on site.Ensure product innovations are sold in the market with 50K$Coordinate & Facilitate the customers’ dues collection.Assure the quality & consistency for Diversey products and solutions.Meeting with the high level management to ensure delivering the best service level meanwhile achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.Clarifying the business scope & adding value between both parties.Strengthen our brand & enhance customer loyalty and advocacy.Responsible for F&B training delivery for all employees & training coordinator for the new comers training plans.Exempt, Grade 14Sales Incentive Program (SIP) eligible
