What you will do
Review import shipments documents and record the required entries related.Invoices review and recordingControl clearing agencies accounts and manages their payments.Ensure the smooth payment preparationComplete month end duties to ensure all reporting can be completed on timeSupplier ReconciliationCustoms account monitoringRecord all travel expenses and analyze the travel expenses account.Respond to the payable queries by coordinating with the Shared Service officePetty Cash Accounts & related G.L Entries.Support the department managers to prepare for audits and has to ensure that auditors query and requirements for any supporting evidence etc. are provided during the audit.

Minimum Qualifications, experience and Knowledge:
Minimum 2 years experience in the accounting field is a mustA university degree in AccountingA large-scale Retail experience is a plusDesirable to have detailed know how of the IKEA Concept in order to implement it Mathematical & analytical skillsSAP / Navision experienceMicrosoft Office skills
