Job Description:
-Oversee teams that use agile, data-driven, and digital solutions to address the human factors that affect an organization’s capacity to achieve its strategic goals.
-Develop the overall digital transformation strategy and specific plan for the full lifecycle of technical implementation and new technology initiatives
-Creating and implementing user acceptance campaigns for initiatives including technical implementations, digitization, and emerging technologies
-Define prospects for future learning that will allow the application of digital transformational technologies.
-Understand solutions that convert business needs into the corresponding technical requirements.
Job Requirements:-Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science, Information systems, Business Administration, or a related field,-Minimum 3-5 years of experience-Experience in MS Office & IT Tools (GIS , SFA , SAP Preferable)-Experience / Knowledge with Digitalization Technology (Preferably FMCG Companies)-Experience / Knowledge with RTM and Sales Technology (Preferably FMCG Companies)-Leading/implementing Transformation Projects-leading Individuals / Teams-Excellent command of English
