Duties:
- Creates and applies organizational charts, structure, and SOPS modifications.
- Plans to develop and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job description.
- Sets the job's general objectives and KPIs.
- Assists HR Head with data gathering/ surveys, employee satisfaction, benefits analysis, and retention initiatives. Organizes semi-annual and annual employee performance reviews.
- Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Assists in developing procedures for data file formatting, data analysis methodologies, and management reporting. Contributes to developing policies and procedures in collaboration with the Head of HR.
- Designs and implements Career Path and employee retention strategies.
- Integrates performance management principles within the department including; strategic and service planning, operational service delivery, project, and management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.HR diploma is a must.3 : 5 years of experience in the same role.Excellent English speaker.Excellent user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PP, Visio, SAP...).Excellent presentation and communication skills.
