Working Arrangement:
- Full-Time (Hybrid) 2 days from office
- Rotational shifts from 9;00 am to 5:00 pm and from 5 pm to 12:00 am
- One day off (Saturday).
- Shift on Weekend is from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm (Remotely)
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to calls received during the work shift and answer emergency cases.
2. Contact the department responsible to handle urgent matters.
3. Handle client requests effectively and in a timely manner.
4. Use our CRM to record requests, calls status…etc
5. Handle client requests through Whatsapp system, calls and emails.
0-1 year experience in customer service or call center. Must be a graduate of a non-medical field. Fluent in English and ArabicExcellent Communication skills Excellent Microsoft Office skills
