Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.  ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business and long-term account opportunities through creating business leads and conducting regular customer visits.Create and maintain long term relationships with existing and new clients.Assess the markets through creating market analysis based on the view of the top management.Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.Follow up current opportunities, tenders & projects under development, update the management and keep the communication flow with current and potential clients.Prepare weekly reports for the progress of work and report to management.Ensure good communications with managers, colleagues, customers (internal & external) and partners providing timely and responsive feedback against enquiries.Support the management in developing business plans based on the requirements of the markets.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Development, or Marketing, or similar.3 - 4 Years of experience in a similar role.Strong analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities in the market.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.Ability to provide excellent customer service and build a strong customer base
