Design review and validation for all Mechanical sub-disciplines
• Reviewing project documents (design drawings, BOQ, specifications, etc.)
• Building 3D REVIT models with different LOD Standards
• Preparing RFI (Request for information) regarding any issue in the design, BOQ, and Project specs
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on the shop drawings, QS, and as-built drawings
• Compile Mechanical calculations related to HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing.
• Prepare progress reports
• Ensure the implementation of the scope of work of different projects or different teams
• Ensure that technical engineers follow the right strategy to achieve the scope of work
• Coordinate with project teams to exchange data and information
• Cooperate with the managers to develop the internal system and upgrade the team's knowledge
• Lead and set methodology that achieves the desired quality at the right time
• Ensure that each project's technical data is delivered as required on time
• Support the development of new features and system requirements
• Coordinate & follow up with the technical office of each project
5-7 years of experience in the mechanical construction field and shop drawing preparation.• BSc in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.• Proven experience in team leadership.• Follow up, coordinate, & discuss with the consultant all technical issues till getting approval.• Excellent AutoCAD 2D knowledge.• Excellent Autodesk Revit & Navisworks knowledge.• Mechanical Revit family creation is a must.• Good knowledge of HAP & Elite Fire.• Dynamo Knowledge is a plus.• Good Microsoft Office Knowledge.• Excellent communication & leadership skills.• Ability to work in teams and coordinate projects.• Time management skills and a great ability to meet deadlines.• energetic & very organized.
