- Using market research to get ideas for products that customers will want. While helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
- Defining product marketing communication objectives
- Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market
- Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
- Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability
- Define and execute product road map in alignment with business goals and consumer needs.
- Pricing for the product to make sure that we are keeping the correct price position.
- Value chain management to meet the required profit.
- Align with sales team about future sales plans & competitors’ forecasting.
- Managing PSI process to assure that market demand is met with no excess stock or stock-out. While maintaining healthy stock level to be able to capture additional sales opportunity.
- Work closely with other functions to ensure successful product launching.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field & prefer MBA holder.Experience: 10+ experience in product management. Experience in Home Appliance & Small Domestic Appliance will be a great plus.Excellent English, speaking Arabic will be a great plus Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the company’s productsProject management and interpersonal skillsAbility to maintain a keen attention to detail, multitask and work well under pressureNatural tendency to be curious, positive and creativeTeam player who collaborates well with othersSincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience
