Senior Business Development Representative - IBM Solutions

Introduction:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead our outbound campaigns and drive the growth of our IBM Maximo solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IBM or similar complex solutions, with a strong understanding of the enterprise and SME markets in the GCC region, specifically Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman.

Key Responsibilties:

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate leads and achieve sales targets for IBM Maximo solutions. Conduct multi-touchpoint campaigns, including calls, LinkedIn outreach, and emails, to engage with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprises and SMEs across the targeted regions. Understand customer needs and requirements, and present Maximo solutions that align with their business goals. Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs. Keep abreast of market trends and competitive landscape in the asset management domain. Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our Maximo solutions and brand. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted messaging and collateral for outbound campaigns.

Requirements

Proven experience in selling IBM solutions or similar complex enterprise software, preferably in asset management. Familiarity with the business culture and market dynamics in the GCC region, particularly in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Oman. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Fluent in English and Arabic.
