Technical Office manager-Lighting

  1. Managing / leading Technical team as follows: 
  • Assigning the New projects to the technical team , each according to this/her capabilities & project volume.
  • Assign project releasing dates with Technical team &following on Releasing schedule agreed on with sales team.
  • Leading l Motivating / developing  the team technically  . 
  •  Ensuring teamwork spirt between team members   . 
  • Revising the technical and pricing for the Mega projects  . 
  • Supporting in technical project problems when required  . 

      2.Cooperate with the other department as follow:

  • Correspond to other department via email/phone/ meetings when needed  to follow up projects issues   or to solve any existing problem/delay   (including  Sales  - Specification engineers  - Marketing  -  Design  - Showroom  - Planning  - Foreign procurement  - Local Procurement  - R&D  - Production  - Warehouse – Customer service – Quality control – Finance – Cost Control -IT  )
  • Comply with company strategic goals  
  • Maintain relation with local/ outside suppliers to get market updates / alternatives.   

Bachelor's degree in engineering7-10 years of experience in Lighting is amustStrong client/stakeholder management skills.Capable of managing cross functional teams and multiple projects.Capable of leading teams and managing conflicts.Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent business, and technical writing.Strong organizational, problem solving, negotiation and analytical skills.
