  • End-user device support "Perform support for daily activities by ensuring timely and professional technical support for desktops, laptops, core applications, and related peripherals."
  •  Monitoring computer networks and systems performance.
  •  Troubleshooting network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
  •  Provide technical troubleshooting, identify request type, diagnose and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as required.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology.- CCNA, MCSA Certified is preferred.- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems and computer software systems.- Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.- Excellent communication and team work skills.
