A leading manufacturer and exporter of frozen food products is looking for an exceptional IQF (Individual Quick Frozen) Export Manager to join its team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective export strategy for IQF products.
- Build strong relationships with Existing and Potential clients.
- Export Contract Negotiation
- Manage and develop the export team.
- Achieve sales and profit targets.
- Monitor the market and global trends.
- Ensure the company's compliance with international regulations.
Qualifications and Experience Required:Minimum of 5 years of experience in the export industry, with a focus on IQF products.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.Strong leadership skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Extensive knowledge of the international market.Knowledge of international regulations related to exports.Additional Skills:Experience in the food manufacturing industry.Knowledge of CRM systems.Strong analytical skills.
