Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement production plans for assigned products, adhering to set schedules and deadlines.
- Oversee the efficient allocation and utilization of mixing equipment and resources.
- Manage and train mixing team members, ensuring they follow established procedures and operate equipment safely.
- Implement and maintain a robust quality control program for all mixing processes.
- Conduct regular checks on raw materials, finished products, and equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production batches, including materials used, process parameters, and quality control results.
- Monitor raw material inventory levels and initiate timely procurement requests to avoid production delays.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials according to safety protocols and best practices.
- Ensure the best utilization of materials and to keep RM waste levels at minimum
- Can develop periodic maintenance for mixing tanks, pumps with coordination with tech team
- Has good cosmetic background
Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in science (Chemistry Dep) or any relevant field.+3 years of experience as a Mixing / Preparation manager. Well knowledge on chemical reactions, alternatives, Background on water treatmentMales only.Experience in cosmetics field.Excellent standard of written and spoken English.Max age 35.
