● Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor Minimum 1 year.● Working experience of not less than 3 years in the real estate field. ● In-depth knowledge of performance metrics● Good PC skills, especially MS Excel and CRM system● Excellent communication and leadership skills● Organizational and time-management skills● Decision-making skills● Pleasant and trustworthy● Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills● Proven track of successful sales record.● Preferred to have a car.
