- Develop and implement the company’s specific trade category plans based on category and shopper insights to grow market share within the market.
- Execute plans to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities.
- Lead the execution of the trade category plans through the management of the merchandising team and its operations.
- Develop the trade category plans to achieve Perfect Store enrolment and compliance through developing quarterly and monthly category reviews for Assortment, Shelf-layout, etc.
- Establish an annual calendar brand activation plan for all the activities to be performed per each product with detailed timeline.
- Prepares the contracts between the company & the accounts including the sales target in alignment with the Sales Manager for each account & all the activities related.
- Allocate the trade Marketing activities budget as per the Sales & Marketing budget of each brand.
- Coordinates with the digital marketing department in all the issues related to the products’ digital platforms.
- Supervise the delivery and utilization of merchandising tools in each trade channel.
- Follow up the execution and logistics of the Trade Marketing activities to ensure product availability, proper utilization of communication-merchandising tools, and solving all relevant logistical problems.
- Orient and instruct internal and external merchandisers to maintain company merchandising standards.
- Collect market data, consumer insights & competitive information for competition reporting.
- Execution of the Distribution plans as per the company's plans.
A Bachelor degree.6-8 years of experience in Trade Marketing.Confectionary exposure is a MUST.Excellent communication & analytical skills.Flexible to travel within governorates.
