- Plans, books and tracks the inbound and outbound transports (regular and premium)
- Ensures the completeness of shipping documents and record shipment in the transportation management system
- Verifies and pre-approves invoices related to transportation services
- Supports the service provider management in the plant
- Issues and manages logistics complaints related to transportation and warehouse services
- Permanently optimizes the transportation routes and trucks utilization
- Provides tracking information to other relevant departments
- Identifies possible transport problems
- Plans and monitors transportation costs
- Gathers data and updates Logistics Network KPI's
- Ensures the compliance with the local, regional and global legal regulations in terms of transport and warehouse management
University degree in transportation, SCM or comparable (Fresh graduate)Excellent command of English.Flexibility and working under stress.Multi-tasks oriented.Problem-solving, analytical thinking.Lean Manufacturing Knowledge.Very good communication skills.
