• Directs and manages all the Warehouse activities.
• Sets up an efficient organization, and defines control and reporting channel and frequency.
• Receives and analyses the documents and takes prompt action according to requirements.
• Examines major and/or critical issues with his team members and the other sections if necessary.
• Ensures that material, spares are received, issued as per approved procedures and stacking in the Warehouse is as per bin locations and material is stored, preserved properly.
• Evaluates the personnel placed under his responsibility.
Ensures that all Company approved procedures, standards/engineering practices are adhered to by Warehouse employees.
• Generates monthly reports for Warehouse operations.
• Manages warehouse inventory levels and stock replacement of critical or strategic items.
• Coordinates the supply of goods through stock, outsourcing or consignation.
• Ensures the PO’s receipts and dispatches.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business.Fluent English both in speaking and writing to communicate in meetings and daily works.Cement industry experience is preferred or Heavy industry10 years’ work experience in warehouse/inventory related activities.Inventory management models and stock replacement.Is able to apply supply chain management concepts Product and materials knowledge.Deep knowledge of SAP functional processes and systems (maintenance, inventories and purchasing modules).
