- Bachelor's degree in film production, multimedia arts, or a related field (preferred).- 3+ years of experience in the same role, preferably in a creative agency or production environment. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.- Strong understanding of motion graphics, visual effects, and animation techniques.
