In this role, you will provide administrative support to the CEO's Office Manager. You will handle a variety of tasks, including booking airline tickets, booking hotels, drafting correspondence, itineraries, and answering phone calls. You will be a key point of contact for the department and play a vital role in creating a positive and effective work environment.


 At least 3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.Experience in tourism companies - booking airline tickets and hotels.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
