Job Description:
- Performing all procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating supplier agreements and preparation of contracts.
- Developing strong relationships with business stakeholders and strategic supply partners to improve business.
- Track and record orders
- Receive orders and document a Managed supply base
- Analyze market and delivery systems
- Source and interview vendors; negotiate contracts and costs
- Monitor order expenses.
- Communicate performances and costs to management.
- Organize and schedule procurements on time.
- Communicate with vendors, clients, customers, team members, and managers to align goals.
Job Responsibilities:Bachelor’s degree in a procurement, business, finance, IT, or related field6-8 years of previous experience in procurement.Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office SuiteAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyExcellent Negotiation Skills.
