Operations Administration:

Hospitality: Meet & Greet. Answering office phoneRecruitment activitiesEmail communication and follow up (member profile, soft copy clients agreements, referrals, trainings registration, clients communication, Primary CILs, Ambassadors)Writing sales contractsDatabasing and assigning Client Leads on CRMAgents Agreements and forms:Sending WhatsApp broadcasts for AgentsCreate WhatsApp groups with developersArchiving contracts and documentsReporting on Google sheets (Agent administration sheet, ambassadors sheet, etc…)Dealing with Office ManagerResponsible for supervising on office maintenance, supplies and cleanlinessBuyer kitSeller kit (hard copy and soft copy agreements)

Financial Administration:

Handling office daily Cash finances (incoming and outgoing)Collection and follow up of payments due on Office Sales AgentsCommunication and follow up of payments due on outside Developers companiesDocumentation and filing of receipts and invoicesExecution of online transfers of monthly expenses from companys bank accountDaily reporting: Cash Ledger, collection status, etc…If needed, go on errands for collection and finances.Job Requirements

Characteristics & Requirements:

University GraduateGraduate of Accounting Major, with knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus.Organized and EnthusiasticMulti-taskerFlexible and fast learnerExcellent in Microsoft OfficeVery good English – written.Age: maximum 28 years oldFemales onlyLiving near New Cairo.
