Your Journey:

  • Assist Customers in finding products that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of various items available for sale.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and offer personalized recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS (Point of Sale) system.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized shop environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate any replenishment needs to the management team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with club members and guests to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, upcoming events, and new product arrivals to effectively communicate these to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving revenue and achieving sales targets.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales techniques, and security measures.

Who are you:Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.Knowledge of POS systems and basic math skills required for processing transactions.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.Passion for providing an unparalleled shopping experience to customers.
