Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Plan, organize and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site, and via videoconference.
  • Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries/ Send assigned tasks to each employee by email & follow up on tasks if needed.
  • organizing catering when necessary for group meetings.
  • Coordinate work with other staff as needed; play a key role in the coordination of staff efforts both within and outside the department.
  • Schedule departmental meetings: assist in taking minutes of the meetings and prepare/ distribute minutes to assigned persons & follow up on tasks.

· Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

  • Handle printing, mail, copying, filing, and email/messages.
  • Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list.
  • Book travel arrangements if needed.

· Provide general support to visitors.

· Prepare Power Point presentations when needed.


 


· Current: BA: English Department/ Faculty of Commerce.· Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in a well-structured organization.· Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.· Proficiency with applications such as word, Excel.· Excellent PowerPoint presentation preparation.· Excellent typing skills, speed, and accuracy essential.· Excellent organizational skills.· Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines.· Well presented.· Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised.
