- Planning and monitoring of resources of assembly quality section.
- Sustain an OEE score of 85%.
- Reduce scrap.
- Assisting the Management Team and provide support as necessary.
- Manage and leads the subordinates reporting to him/her to achieve targets and objectives set by the Company.
- Set targets and objectives to subordinates and monitor and evaluate the respective levels of performance.
- Handle and delegate administrative tasks required by this post
- Work within Environmental and Health & Safety requirements procedures.
- Work within the Quality Management System requirements and procedures including Certification and Customer requirements.
A Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.At least 6 years of experience working in quality in manufacturing industry. With proven experience in managerial roleExcellent knowledge of quality tools and methods (DoE, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, SWOT, 8D method)Using Problem solving tools like Ishikaua diagram 5wExcellent communication and English language skills.Excellent team leading skillsKnowledge on use of measuring equipment such as caliper, comparators, optical measuring instruments would be an asset.Basic knowledge of six sigma tools.Systematic & Methodical.Good communication skills.Sound presentation techniques.Good interpersonal skills and a positive team approach.
