Assistant Sales Manager – Accessories & Specialty Tires

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the financial success of the business
- Setting and meeting planned sales goals
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Overseeing prices and stock control
- Developing sales team through motivation, coaching, and product knowledge education
- Understanding our ideal customers and how they relate to our products
- Coordinating with marketing for lead generations
- Liaising with support functions when needed (Finance, Logistics, IT... etc.)

Duties:

- Developing and working on feasibility studies to implement new projects within the Accessories field
- Reaching out and communicating with overseas suppliers to ensure the development and continuity of business
- Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
- Analyzing retail matrices such as traffic, conversion rate, average ticket, up-selling, and cross-selling
- Providing or organizing training and development to ensure that staff have sufficient product knowledge
- Coaching area managers and sales staff to help reach overall business goals
- Coordinating with the marketing team to generate leads and organize special promotions, displays, and events
- Touring the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
- Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry and monitoring competitors
- Initiating changes to improve the business
