*Manage various social media accounts, Plan and monitor the ongoing paid marketing campaigns on social media (Facebook, twitter, Instagram ...Etc.).
*Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
*Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
*Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime.
*Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
*Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
*Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
*Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
*Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hoot suite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
*Preparing weekly/monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
*Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
*Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms.
*Create monthly editorial calendars and schedules.
*Create, edit, proofread and publish well-structured social media content using keyword searching tools and SEO guidelines to optimize content.
*Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
*Track and analyze competitors’ platforms and marketing activities on weekly basis.
5 years of experience, with minimum of 2 year Experience in real estate is a must.Experience in SEO, social media, email, SMS, WhatsApp, development of blogs and forums.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Preferred Males to apply.
