  1. Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  2. Identify new markets and business opportunities for our products/services.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
  4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with overseas buyers, suppliers, and logistics providers.
  5. Ensure compliance with export regulations, trade laws, and customs requirements.
  6. Manage export documentation, including contracts, shipping documents, and export licenses.
  7. Oversee logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods/services.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance, production) to support export initiatives.
  9. Monitor and analyze export performance metrics and make adjustments to strategies as needed.
  10. Stay informed about global market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 15 years of experience in export management or related roles, with a proven track record of success.Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and export documentation requirements.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute export strategies aligned with company goals.Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
