Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FF&E Manager with a background in the hospitality industry. As the FF&E Manager, you will be responsible for supervising, planning, and coordinating all FF&E activities across our hospitality properties. Your role will involve ensuring the proper maintenance and condition of FF&E, overseeing renovation projects, establishing effective procedures, and fostering strong relationships with contractors and consultants.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, schedule, and motivate the FF&E team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular audits of all TMG Hotels to assess the condition of FF&E and identify any maintenance or replacement needs.
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of FF&E across all TMG hotels to ensure they are in perfect condition and meet quality standards.
Monitor the progress of maintenance activities related to both front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) areas.
Develop and implement procedures, systems, and controls to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FF&E department.
Prepare an annual, itemized Capital Budget that includes changes, replacements, and upgrades related to the architectural field.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with contractors, consultants, and operators, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Foster positive inter-departmental communication and maintain good relations between the engineering team members.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned responsibilities, adhering to project timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with the TMG Finance department to prepare purchase requisitions, and work orders, and effectively manage financial aspects related to FF&E.
Uphold high standards of professionalism and conduct, reflecting the values and image of TMG at all times.
Provide guidance, instruction, and support to employees within the FF&E department, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Attend and actively participate in all required meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to decision-making processes.
Respond promptly and appropriately in emergency or safety situations, ensuring the well-being of guests, employees, and the property.
