- Checking on the RMs (Totally) released from warehouse (Item wise) as per the formula.
- Ensuring themixer is clean and valid for starting production and ensure the identification sticker is put with the complete data.
- Recording the weights of mixers before starting manufacturing and after getting approval by Q.C lab.
- Checking randomly on the following of guidelines the formula.
- Make decisions of adding emulsion resin into the mixers as per the measurement ofthe temp. of mixers.
- Checking on (pick list & return notes) of RMs prior to the addition into the mixers.
- Ensuring complete mixing of products by confirming taking quantities from down and re-put them from up.
- Make sure from the packing materials and the ink jet printed (Batch No. , Prod. Date , Color , …etc) prior to starting packing process.
- Ensuring non-existance of any packs relating to previous batches.
- Checking on weights of packs during packing .
- Following up the filteration efficiency during the packing process by taking samples and making drawdown cards from the first pack and the last pack to ensure consistency along the whole quantity packed.
- Picking retained samples in a suitable pack in the middle of packing. process.
- Confirming the return notes and pick list of PMs .
