- Receive & coordinate staff requirements and schedule these needs.
- Organize the daily routes for all the academy’s vehicles for all branches.
- Record the dates of movement and arrival in the follow-up data at the level of each shift.
- Prepare and implement preventive regular maintenance, inspection, & service schedules for all the company’s vehicles.
- Coordinate with vendors for any repairs, maintenance, or any other services.
- Collect, review, and maintain data sheets regularly for vehicle usage, monthly mileage, fuel consumption, asset expenses, etc.
- Responsible for collecting quotations to make price comparison sheets, as part of car purchasing procedures.
- Process prerequisite communications/documentation between the car vendor and leasing company.
- Issue & manage motor insurance policy for new and existing cars annually.
- Coordinate & administrate car accident procedures (claims and compensation)
- Maintain detailed records of all vehicles’ documents. (soft & hard filling)

Ensure accurate logs of all cars (vehicle list, overall condition of vehicles, issue list, repair history, fuel logs, mileage logs, tire averages, etc.)
A bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant discipline2+ years in a similar position in the field of (Logistics – Tracking) is preferable Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skillsExcellent Leadership Skills
