  • Align HR strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, including recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Conduct regular assessments of organizational needs and recommend training and development programs.
  • Oversee and manage HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure HR policies and practices align with company values and legal requirements.
  • Work closely with the Operations Specialist to address HR-related operational needs.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies.

Proven work experience as a  Business Partner.Understanding of full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsOrganizational and time-management skillsBSc degree in Human Resources
