Your Mission

The regional PAE is a champion of driving innovative offers via end users. The PAE will work collaboratively across the respective region with segment leaders, sales and marketing teams to identify potential end users with applications where the innovative offers will bring the highest value, and support to redesign the specific end user application to accommodate such innovation

Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together!

·Build, prescribe, promote, & optimize architecture with end-user

·Prescribe & promote Power Story for full power/Motor Management trail

·Prescribe & promote new products & digital connectivity,

·Prescribe/customer engagement for accounts /opportunities with longer project cycle (sales stage gate)

·Full project coverage (project intermediaries/channels) to increase hit rate,

·Platforming for large specific EU / OEM (Account owner/ Team member)

·Training & Mentoring sales on digital & electrical technologies with support from product manager across zone.

·Support Sales wherever applicable (across ME&A Zone)

·Hero/New offer opportunity management & performance management,

·Study competition technology & build positioning / pitch to win as strategy or for a given account/ opportunity bringing OPEX and CAPEX impact into focus.

·Work closely with Regional Product Managers, Sales, Channel Marketing, Partner Support and Segment teams. Work directly with division team for aligning on priorities, ambition and competency building. Identify prospect segments/applications/customers. New Product Sales as per Annual Plan

·Sales pitches customized as per to the specific end user / OEMs

·Electrical / Digital Seminars / Workshops delivered internally and externally

About You

·Bachelor's degree in EE / related technical field

·Technical support, sales, business development or equivalent relevant experience

·Fluency in English (both spoken and written)

·Effective communication skills

·Electrical distribution, control & monitoring background will be a strong added value.

·Strong experience in product communication and networking protocol

·Knowledge of our targeted segments

·Cybersecurity essential knowledge

·Knowledge of System Engineering principles and rules

·Obsession to promote Technology – with deep knowledge of electrical distribution & Motor Management (respective scope)

·Architecture building for Electrical & Motor Management (respective scope) for application / segment.

·Strong obsession for connectivity technology.

·Business acumen to convert technology (product) into profitable growth

·Ability to articulate / replicate for a product, key Success factor for given segment / application.

·Ability to collaborate strongly with sales team and prescription.
