Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Naguib Selim Company in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and policy implementation. They will collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications Proven experience in human resources managementKnowledge of HR policies, practices, and legal requirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to build and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levelsExperience in recruitment and employee onboardingKnowledge of performance management and employee developmentAbility to handle employee relations and conflict resolutionExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsProficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suiteBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
