A reputable research entity based in Heliopolis - Cairo, is actively recruiting full-time research analysts to spearhead the advancement and expansion of its economics and business research unit.
Key responsibilities:
- Planning activities of all research, studies, forecasts, etc.
- Identify new research opportunities and areas for expansion to meet management and clients' demands.
- Forecasting economic trends and prospects and preparing reports on forecast results.
- Analysis of economic issues on the top priorities of management and clients.
- Predicting the socio-economic repercussions of different issues, including laws and regulations.
- Conducting market studies.
- Determining and assessing investment opportunities .
- Preparing required analysis for feasibility studies to facilitate decision-making on initiatives, programs & projects.
- Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of outputs.
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and experts, to prepare research and reports and disseminate main findings to them.
- Disciplined work Ethics with respect to deadlines.
A Master's Degree in economics, or statistics.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines under pressure.Ability to work closely with the high-performing internal research team.Strong negotiation skills for effective stakeholder engagement and partnership building.Fluency in English.Econometric analysis is a must.Knowledge of statistics, diverse research methodologies and their applications.Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Prior experience working with large data sets and programming in Stata or other statistical programs is necessary.
