Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage architectural design activities related to facades, fire-rated buildings, steel structures, wooden works, waterproofing, thermal insulation, sound insulation, doors, windows, curtain walls, and different types of finishes for flooring, walls, and ceilings, with a focus on acoustical requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- Conduct meetings with site team and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards.
- Develop and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends, codes, and regulations related to architectural design.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and engineers.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.Proven experience as a Senior Architect Engineer or a similar role.In-depth knowledge of architectural design principles, materials, and construction methods.Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and 3D modeling tools.Strong understanding of soundproofing techniques and materials.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in sustainable design and green building practices.Knowledge of building codes and regulations.Familiarity with energy-efficient design principles.Experience in interior design and lighting design.Additional certifications or courses related to LEED, sustainable design, green building practices, building codes, energy-efficient design, interior design, or lighting design would be advantageous.
