• Distribute greetings and welcoming expressions among arriving and departing guests, lead the traffic at the main entrance, and offer luggage assistance to guests.
• Retrieve, move, place, and store guest items.
• Arrange a ride for the guests, (a cab, a limousine, etc.)
• Help the guests and guide them to the most attractive destination nearby the hotel.
• Interact with guests' inquiries, offering them the help they need and excellent responses.
