- Plan and implement projects.
- Monitor projects from beginning to end.
- Put together design proposals depending on needs and wants.
- Responsible for all finishing activities such as Masonry work & plastering, screening work, waterproofing work, ceiling, painting, tiling, marble works, PU flooring and landscaping.
- Follow-up to ensure execution of work is carried out in accordance with approved method statements.
- Coordinate and preparing weekly and daily target schedules for all types of activities.
- To check the quality of all the materials received on-site and prepare.
- Stay up to date with latest trends and best practices.
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
Carry out technical specifications and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications. - Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety, etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
- Maintain and interpret site drawings.
- Ensure works are carried out as per drawings and specification.
- Maintain records, site diary, quality assurance documentation, reports and records.
Bachelor's Architecture Engineering is Must (Government University Preferred).Proven working experience in architectural engineeringExcellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similarProficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.Excels in architectural modeling, rendering and presentation techniques.Project management and supervision skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to Problem solver.Planning, organization and detail orientation.Report writing skills.
