• Assist in Auditing all TMG Hotels monthly, with Attention to detail.
• Monitor the perfect program initiated by the operator for the guest rooms and outlets to elevate the quality.
• Monitoring the progress of all the maintenance related at the FOH and BOH.
• Follow up with all renovation\projects\capex in all TMG hotels
• The ability to plan and implement procedures, systems, and controls to ensure an efficient, timely, and proactive department.
• The ability to prepare an annual, itemized, Capital Budget for management, including all changes and replacements related to civil.
• The ability to ensure effective inter-departmental communication and good relations between the engineering team members
• The ability to maintain a good working relationship with other employees, providing instruction and encouragement as needed.
1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil determent.2. Excellent reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language.3. Must be familiar with and have computer skills, in Excel, Word, CMMS & BMS Systems4. Knowledge of blueprints, wiring diagrams, and hydraulics.5. A hospitality background is preferred.6. Consultant background is preferred.7. Experience in the field of 10 to 15 years
