- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff

- Will be able to manage performance and assessments such as (Annual Appraisal, technical performance, mental health)
- Ensure that the company maintains high standards of ethics and social responsibility through all transactions
- Responsible for all the team annual appraisals and evaluations by coordination with the HR Manager
- Perform any task assigned by line manager.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineeringProven experience as a maintenance manager or other managerial role minimum 10 yearsFamiliarity with financial and budgeting procedures Very good negotiation skills.High follow through drive and high self-motivation with an ability to handle work pressure and to meet tight deadlines.Strong reporting and presentation skills.Very good verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving skills. Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,).Very good command of written & spoken English and Arabic.Excellent skills of dealing with different internet applications.
