About This OpportunityWe are now looking for a Back office Manager with good hands-on Run services ways of working. He will be responsible for Running more than Back office operation domains (VAS, RAN/Tx , EDA , EMM, OSS & Anritsu domains)What You Will DoResponsible for the coordination, management, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support and for implementation of the change request in a timely and correct manner by focusing on the allocation, implementation, configuration, activation, and testing of specific services or resources.Work with Customers on different levels regarding the Back Office activities and performanceResponsible for hiring resources, interviews, coaching and performance evaluation of team members.Ensure that the services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.Responsible for Operational KPIs / SLAs according to the Managed Service Contract.Guarantee that Ericsson delivers a technical solution in accordance to the agreed change request (specification) and in co-operation with the customer, assuring that changes are correctly implemented without causing any negative impact on the availability of the services.Handling daily/weekly CAB meetings with Technical leaders to review/approve CR activities.Be responsible for the Back Office organization and motivation of all operation personnel.Conduct or participate in recruitment interviews for the selection of personnel.Be able to recognize the training requirements for people and give coaching where applicable.Responsible for the well-being of all staff in terms of their working environment and conditions of employment.Ensure the Back Office is adequately staffed at all times.Provide the Operation Director with reports/highlights of back-office performance on a scheduled basis.Attend in management meetings and be responsible for Back Office activities.Define and set up of resource management back office routines based on main goals and priorities defined by operations management. This includes the definition of routine activities within the Back Office e.g. performance reporting, and backup handling.Co-ordinate works with other operation work areas management e.g. Front Office Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Customer Project Managers and etc.Responsible for the planning of Human Resources within the Back Office functionality.You will bring Min years of experience (10-15 Years experience in the telecom sector)Great Leadership / People management skillsGreat communication & negotiation skillsExcellent knowledge of the network topology, its traffic handling capabilities, and traffic characteristics.Good knowledge of all network elements and their main characteristics.Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
