- Manage and supervise all operational aspects of the shopping mall, including facilities, security, and maintenance
- Coordinate with tenants and ensure compliance with lease agreements and mall policies
- Monitor and control expenses and revenues and prepare financial reports and forecasts
- Implement and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract and retain customers
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of customers and staff and handle any complaints or issues
- Hire, train, and evaluate staff and provide feedback and guidance
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field- At least 5 years of experience in retail operations and management- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure- Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the retail industry
