- Issuing & collect Gafi Documents for (DBK, QIZ, COO) and send to Cairo team.
- Follow with planning final PL and comparing with certificates.
- Loading cargo
- Getting customs weight and add to customer invoice.
- Issuing actual custom invoice after shipment.
- Follow Gafi & custom Export shipment survey.
- Follow Gafi & custom Import shipment survey.
- Follow Gafi & custom subcontract shipment survey.
- Sending subcontract custom invoices to Cairo team.
- Follow getting subcontract entry permission from Cairo team.
A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers. This includes the ability to convey information clearly, listen actively, and respond appropriately.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in managing inventory records, processing orders, and coordinating shipments.Analytical Skills: Basic analytical skills to analyze logistics data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for process improvements.Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to logistics, such as inventory management systems, transportation management systems, and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Adaptability and Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.very good in English
