JOB PURPOSE
To support operating units to meet sustainability, energy and carbon neutrality targets.
JOB KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Identify and develop sustainability, energy and carbon neutrality improvement opportunities.
Support unit operations to meet targets. Fulfilling his duties as per Management systems OMS-423 / 424.
Develop and involve in sustainability, energy and carbon neutrality review during the project stages. Track actions and
projects initiated to meet the targets.
Report sustainability, energy and Carbon Nuetraility status for operating units weekly, monthly, quartily and yearly.
Improve sustainability, energy and carbon neutrality awareness and knowledge.
Provide guidance and support to achieve site sustainability, energy and carbon neutrality targets.
Assist the Process Safety and Sustainability Manager in any additional duties assigned such as communication with
regulators and coorporate. Follow up and close RCA, PHA, PIR and audit recommendations.
Contribute and provide technical support for investigations and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) initiatives and reliability
methodologies (RCM, RBI, RIS, ACA).
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant field to energy and sustainability.
Years of experience:
Minimum 7 experience years in relevant field as a Process, Operation Sustainability & Energy Engineer.

Competencies/skills:
Expertise in industrial relevant field as a Process, Operation Sustainability & Energy Engineer., Good
knowledge of Process operation and control of chemical plants, RCA Membership and Leadership, PHA Membership, PC and programing skills, Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Certificates/courses:
Excellent communication skills, personal rapport and motivation are required to effectively coach internal staff and work with outside groups. Capable to work as a team player or independently.
