Position Overview:

As a Dispatch Team Lead, you will work closely with the dispatch team to ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the dispatching process, optimizing routes, monitoring field activities, collaborating with operational managers, tracking key performance indicators, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate closely with the dispatch team to efficiently dispatch personnel and resources to meet customer demands and operational requirements.
  2. Work with the team to optimize routes, minimize travel time, and reduce fuel costs while maximizing productivity.
  3. Provide real-time support to the dispatch team to ensure smooth operations in the field.
  4. Collaborate with operational managers to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in dispatch operations.
  5. Track and report key performance indicators related to dispatch operations, providing insights for improvement.
  6. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all service calls, dispatch details, and customer information in our computerized system or logbook.
  7. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and empathetically.

All dispatch related training will be provided. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong management and organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and the ability to manage and work well with their team. Position requires strong personality traits, to allow highly persuasive, professional, and savvy customer service, while ensuring all necessary details regarding a diverse customer base are met perfectly by our service team.
