Tagaddod is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our People & Culture team. As an HR Business Partner, you will be the primary point of contact for HR support and guidance for the operations team. In this role, you will work on fostering a positive and productive work environment for all employees, with a particular emphasis on addressing the unique needs of both white-collar and blue-collar workers

• Partner with department leaders to understand and address HR needs and challenges

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for the Operations Department
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, talent development, engagement & retention and other HR matters.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives

• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Handle recruitment and selection processes for Operations roles
• Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract blue collar candidates
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources
• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee experience
